Cheap window blinds

The sun goes gi? west, in front of my house. We do not have trees and we can not plant all the trees in front yard. Towards the end of the evening when the sun begins to set, pu? obtain 80-82 degrees in our living room. I have the thermal cover and blind in the regular window, but doesn 't seem to help and do not ever open my income or my main windows. I guess that my question?, Does anyone know of any other suggestions to help with this problem. I didn 't know if i tried the wooden blind if finally have normal deformed ??????

I'm wanting to replace my old aluminum blind as they are pretty beaten up. I'm thinking those of wood are removed standing up better to cats but my boyfriend says they are more expensive (which I already knew) and won 't support all the better …. Who is right? lol

I want the brown wooden blind by 3 inches, but not if it seems fun. The house that we built is based on the arts and crafts style of architecture and has exposed wooden beams in the kitchen.
